Support

  • Your MyCLM contact (account manager or support team) for access questions: partner applications, scopes, rate limits, production credentials.
  • Integration issues: send the time of the call (UTC), the endpoint, the HTTP status, the error.code, and for webhooks the X-MLT-Delivery-Id. Never send secrets or tokens.

Before contacting us, check:

  • the error catalog: most codes explain the fix;
  • the log of your API key (Settings → Integrations → API keys → Log) for the calls it made;
  • the delivery log of your webhook subscription for failed deliveries.

Retry 5xx errors and network failures with backoff (see Idempotency & retries).

Use of the API is governed by your MyCLM subscription agreement (and, for software vendors, by your partner agreement). API credentials are confidential and personal to the organization or application they were issued to: keep them in a secrets manager, rotate them regularly and revoke them as soon as you suspect a leak.
